Oakden Consulting

Continous Improvement and Compliance Support

Victoria and the team at Oakden provide accreditation and compliance support to government agencies, private and not-for-profit organisations. The significant aged care reforms and regulatory compliance requirements have resulted in many aged care providers seeking the assistance of knowledgeable and experienced consultants who have worked ‘on the tools’ in the nursing and aged care sector – Victoria is one of those consultants who has that experience.

She was an aged care auditor for the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission for 11 years and understands how the aged care reforms and regulatory requirements impact service providers and how they can be met.

As an experienced (clinical and client) risk manager working within a government department of health, she has a strong background in audit and compliance as well as risk management and critical incident investigation. With her team she completes root cause analyses of such incidents to identify contributing factors leading to the incident, and is solutions focused.

Victoria also helps providers when they do not meet the Aged Care Standards, with operational support to meet the standards.

Victoria supports disability support providers through continuous improvement and compliance assistance to meet the NDIS standards.
